Assistant Dean and Director of Student Programs
Alicia Erwin oversees the staff and work of the Office of Student Programs. This includes advising the Student Government Association and Senior Class Board as well as over-sighting recognized student organization practice and policy, Blanchard Campus Center and Chapin Auditorium, office programmatic initiatives, and co-curricular opportunities.
Alicia came to Mount Holyoke College in fall 2015 from New York University's School of Engineering, where she served as the Director of Student Activities and Resource Center. Prior to that, she worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as Assistant Director for Student Activities and Leadership. She has experience with advising student organizations and student government, facilitating leadership development, community service and engagement initiatives, planning and executing campus-wide events, working with diverse communities, and much more.
