Leora Fridman is a writer and educator, author of My Fault, selected by Eileen Myles for Cleveland State University Press, First Book Prize, in addition to five chapbooks of poetry, prose and translations. Signature Move, a collection of experimental essays, is forthcoming in 2018 from Trembling Pillow Press. A 2017 Writer in Residence at Alley Cat Books, Leora's work appears or is forthcoming in the Rumpus, Tricycle Magazine, Temporary Art Review, Open Space, Denver Quarterly, jubilat and jacket2.
Leora holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst MFA Program for Poets and Writers and from Brown University, and has taught and coordinated literary programs at 826 Boston, the Juniper Summer Writing Institute, the Writing Salon, and more. She is a recipient of grants and honors from Caldera, Vermont Studio Center fellowship, the Center for Cultural Innovation, and the Dorot Foundation, among others. More at leorafridman.com.
