Ryan Wallace, c/o 2018, is 15 year veteran educator. He discusses how the MATL program is helping renew his passion for education and build his leadership skills, impacting his classroom and beyond.
Janelle Dickerson, c/o 2017, developed the skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead teams of teachers in her school building. She also found an alternate path for leadership: leading from the classroom.
Katie Biggs, c/o 2018, is a veteran kindergarten teacher for the Department of Defense Education Activities. She implemented her professional learning plan from her MATL program, building a system of teacher led professional development.
Laura Dailey, c/o 2017, is using her MATL program to advocate for the resources and funding that our youngest learners need.
