Jeffrey M. Guiel, Esq.


Valedictorian of the Chicopee Comprehensive High School Class of 1984, Jeffrey attended Amherst College. He majored in Political Science and graduated in 1988. Jeffrey then entered Western New England College School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in May of 1991 and passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam that same summer.


An attorney for twenty four (24) years and a law partner at Labrie, Pouliot, LaRocque, and Guiel, P. C. in Chicopee, MA, Jeffrey has represented thousands of clients in his legal career. A general practitioner, Jeffrey handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, personal injury/auto accident cases, and all of the litigation at the firm, including, but not limited to, criminal defense, civil and family law matters, and landlord-tenant disputes. Jeffrey also is a licensed and certified mediator, specializing in divorce mediation.

Jeffrey is civic-minded, having coached the South Hadley High School Boys Varsity Basketball team/program for almost twenty (20) years. Active with many charitable and other organizations, Jeffrey volunteered to serve on several boards, including a stint as the President of the Boys & Girls Club of Chicopee, and most recently at the Greater Holyoke YMCA.

Jeffrey has taught American Government, a three credit course at Bay Path University and also Law, Courts, and Politics, a three credit course at Westfield State University.
