2005-2006 Kill-a-watt Competition Winners

The Kill-a-Watt Energy Conservation Competition is one of the nation's longest running programs for reducing college students’ ecological footprints. The dorm that has decreased its energy use the most than the same month the year before is the winning dorm. $100 is awarded to the winning dorm each month. Pearsons Annex reduced their energy consumption by 24.9% compared to the same month last year

November:
Brigham reduced 36.8%

December:
Pearsons Annex reduced 26.74%

January:
Safford reduced 31.9%

February:
Mead reduced 12.6%
