Crime and Fire Logs October 2015

On October 31 at 10:25 pm officers and SHFD responded to Abbey chapel for a fire alarm. An electrician was called in to address a faulty light fixture (1501-1074-OF).
On October 31 at 5:39 pm officers and SHFD responded to 17 Morgan St for a fire alarm. The cause for alarm was cooking smoke (1501-1073-OF). 
On October 31 at 2:38 am while on patrol officers observed a small amount of smoke coming from the area around Wilder hall. Three people in the area were setting fire to leaves, the fire was extinguished, and a college policy violation was completed (1501-1071-OF).
On October 30 at 11:52 pm officers responded to Mandelles/1837 parking lot for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-1066-OF).
On October 30 at 9:49 pm officers responded to 1837 hall for a report of the oder of marijuana, a college policy violation and deans referral were made (1501-1062-OF).
On October 30 at 1:26 pm an officer returned to the Campus Police station to take a report of a Larceny, an iPad was missing from Creighton hall from the previous evening (1501-1060-OF).
On October 29 at 3:50 pm an officer responded to the Campus Police station to take a report from a student of credit card fraud (1501-1056-OF).
On October 29 at 10:21 am officers responded to Wilder hall for medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to health services for additional care (1501-1053-OF).
On October 29 at 10:02 am an officers returned to the Campus Police station to take a report of credit card fraud (1501-1052-OF).
On October 28 at 6:40 pm officers responded to 1837 hall for a report of a Larceny. A students unsecured room had been entered by an unknown party and items were missing (1501-1049-OF).
On October 28 at 9:50 am an officer returned to the Campus Police to take a report from a student of Suspicious activity. The student reported being followed while in the area of the Skinner green the previous evening by a small white sedan (1501-1048-OF).
On October 27 at 7:58 pm officers issued a trespass from the Campus Police station to a local person requested by a student (1501-1046-OF).
On October 27 at 12:45 pm officers responded to Kendall hall for a report of a Larceny. An iPhone was reported stolen (1501-1042-OF).
On October 27 at 11:42 am an officer returned to the Campus Police station to take a report of credit card fraud (1501-1041-OF).
On October 27 at 10:22 am officers responded to 1837 hall for a report of Larceny. A pair of boots was missing (1501-1040-OF).
On October 27 at 9:27 am officers responded to the Equestrian center for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-1039-OF).
On October 26 at 11:56 pm officers responded to Creighton hall for a fire alarm. The cause of alarm was cooking smoke, during the evacuation officers were able to assist a student with a medical emergency (1501-1038-OF).
On October 26 at 12:45 pm officers responded to 1837 hall for a disturbance. This was a roommate dispute (1501-1034-OF).
On October 25 at 11:18 pm officers responded to Buckland hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-1032-OF).
On October 25 at 1:24 pm officers responded to Wilder hall to take a report of annoying phone calls. A student was receiving inappropriate text messages from unknown phone numbers (1501-1027-OF).
On October 25 at 6:57 am officers and SHFD responded to Dining services for a fire alarm. The cause for alarm was a faulty detector (1501-1026-OF).
On October 25 at 1:15 am officers responded to Buckland hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-1024-OF).
On October 23 at 2:59 pm officers responded to Clapp hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to health services for additional care (1501-1016-OF).
On October 23 at 1:12 pm officers responded to Ciruti center for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-1015-OF).
On October 22 at at 2:43 pm officers and SHFD responded to Willits Hallowell center for a medical emergency. A guest was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-1013-OF).
On October 21 at 11:15 am officers responded to the Reese hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to health services for additional care (1501-1012-OF).
On October 21 at 4:29 pm officers responded to Creighton hall to take a report of stalking. A student had received unwanted letters and emails from an acquaintance (1501-1008-OF).
On October 20 at 4:17 pm officers took a report of Larceny. A students credit card had been compromised (1501-1002-OF).
On October 19 at 5:26 am officers responded to Buckland Hall for a medical emergency.  A student was assessed and was transported to the hospital by ambulance (1501-994-OF). 
On October 18 at 9:24 am officers and the fire department responded to Porter Hall for a carbon monoxide detector sounding. The fire department checked levels in the building which were normal. The alarm was reset and Facilities Management staff responded to check the detector (1501-990-OF).
On October 16 at 3:19 pm a student reported that a backpack left in the locker room at Kendall between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm was stolen.  The student later called to report that the backpack and its contents were recovered (1501-979-OF). Case Closed.
On October 15 at 9:43 pm officers responded to Ham hall for a report of larceny. A student reported money missing from a wallet that was left behind in the Wilder dining hall (1501-976-OF).
On October 14 at 7:22 am officers responded to the Equestrian Center for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and refused further care (1501-970-OF).
On October 14 at 12:55 am  officers responded to North Mandelle hall for a report of a disturbance. This was a roommate and guest disagreement (1501-969-OF).
On October 12 at 11:07 am officers and SHFD responded to Ham hall for a fire alarm. The cause for alarm was a faulty detector (1501-963-OF).
On October 11 at 4:09 pm officers responded to the Equestrian center for a medical emergency. A visitor to he horse show was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-960-OF).
On October 11 at 2:03 am officers responded to the Blanchard bus stop for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-959-OF).
On October 10 at 2:47 pm officers responded to Torrey hall for a well-being check. A student was located in Amherst all was well (1501-956-OF).
On October 8 at 1:25 am officers and SHFD responded to Creighton hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-953-OF).
On October 7 at 9:02 pm officers returned to the Campus Police station to take a report of harassment. A student reports to be receiving phone calls from 3 unknown numbers (1501-952-OF).
On October 7 at 4:48 pm officers and SHFD responded to Porter hall for a medical emergency. A faculty member was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-951-OF).
On October 6 at 1:44 pm officers responded to Blanchard Campus Center to issue a trespass order (1501-942-OF).
On October 6 at 7:32 am officers responded to the Abbey Buckland parking lot for a medical emergency. A staff member was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-941-OF).
On October 6 at 5:10 am officers and SHFD responded to facilities management for a fire alarm. The cause of alarm was a faulty detector (1501-940-OF).
 
On October 5 at 12:20 pm an officer returned to the Campus Police station to advise a student seeking a harassment order (1501-935-OF).
 
On October 5 at 12:22 am officers and SHFD responded to Abbey hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-932-OF).
 
On October 4 at 11:01 pm officers responded to North Mandelle hall for a report of harassment (1501-933-OF).
 
On October 4 at 7:50 pm officers and SHFD responded to Ham hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-931-OF).
 
On October 3 at 11:18 pm officers responded to Pearsons annex for a report of a larceny. A small purse was missing after a party in the sunroom (1501-928-OF).
 
On October 3 at 1:58 pm officers and SHFD responded to Creighton hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1501-926-OF).
 
On October 3 at 10:11 am officers responded to 1837 hall for a report of a larceny. A student reports an iPhone missing or stolen (1501-923-OF).
 
On October 2 at 10:39 pm officers responded to Prospect hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and refused further treatment (1501-916-OF).
On October 1 at 11:31 am a student came in to the Campus Police station to retrieve a lost and found item, and filed a larceny report for items missing (1501-908-OF).
