Crime & Fire Logs June 2016

On June 30 at 4:56 pm officers and SHFD responded to Lower Lake Road for a report of a gas leak. A gas line was severed during construction, area buildings were evacuated, Columbia gas was on scene and the line was shut off by 6:30 pm and a representative remained on site overnight (1601-642-OF).
 
On June 30 at 8:28 am officers and SHFD responded to Creighton hall for a fire alarm. The sensor was malfunctioning and has been repaired (1601-641-OF).
 
On June 30 at 2:47 am officers responded to Lower Lake road for a medical emergency. A conference attendee was evaluated and transported to the Campus Police lobby to be monitored and later transported back to Creighton hall (1601-640-OF).
 
On June 24 at 11:34 am officers took a report of concerns regarding an employee (1601-635-OF).
 
On June 24 at 7:29 am officers responded to Mary Wooley Circle for a well-being check. A conference attendee was found passed out, and was evaluated and walked back to the residence hall assigned (1601-634-OF).
 
On June 23 at 1:59 am officers responded to Buckland hall for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1601-632-OF).
 
On June 20 at 12:19 pm officers and SHFD responded to 94 College Street for a fire alarm. The cause was determined to be cooking smoke (1601-625-OF).

On June 16 at 2:07 pm officers and SHFD responded to Kendall hall for a fire alarm. The cause for alarm was dust falling from a ceiling in the field house that was being worked on (1601-623-OF).
On June 14 at 12:50 pm officers responded to Clapp hall for a report of a Larceny. Two rock samples were missing from a display cabinet (1601-618-OF). Case Open.
On June 8 at 5:36 pm officers responded to the equestrian center for a medical emergency. A student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for additional care (1601-611-OF).
On June 8 at 2:32 am officers and SHFD responded to a fire alarm in the Eliot house. The cause for alarm was a air compresor belt that was off track (1601-609-OF).
On June 7 at 12:02 pm officers and SHFD responded to Ace house for a fire alarm. The cause for alarm was a malfunctioning heat detector the detector was changed by a college electrician (1601-607-OF).
On June 5 at 1:57 pm officers and SHFD responded to Mary Wooley hall for a fire alarm. The cause for alarm was intentional set off at a pull station during a ceremony (1601-606-OF).
