Tara MacKay’s key responsibilities include overseeing the data collection for each semester’s course schedule, the development of the annual College catalog, grade processing, ordering new and replacement diplomas, and the enrollment of high school students and auditors. Tara also develops information and training materials on office procedures and policies. (she/her)

Elizabeth Pyle directs the office and manages a plethora of responsibilities at the intersection of policies, procedures and practice. Elizabeth works closely with her staff on the logistics of all of the office’s functions and works closely with the Dean of Faculty’s Office, the Academic Policies Committee, the Academic Administrative Board, and other College administrators on policy matters and the management of student and curriculum records, the classroom inventory, and related systems. Lori Widmer-Hinckley is responsible for transfer credit evaluation and posting credits for AP/IB/etc pre-matriculation work, senior evaluations and graduation clearance, advisor reassignment, registration processing for Five College students enrolling in Mount Holyoke courses, and classroom reservations for courses.
