Note: This form must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the date and time of your requested reservation. Please take into account that our office is closed from Friday at 4 pm until Monday at 9 am. Submitting this form does NOT mean that you have secured a reservation. You will receive confirmation from Gaelin Higgins.
Make note of the following before submitting this form:
- Setup of chairs, risers, etc. needs to be arranged through Event Services. You will be responsible for any fees associated with your equipment request.
- If your event is on a Sunday during the academic year, all equipment needs to be removed from the altar area and the removable altar returned to the altar area by 5pm at your expense.
- If you are planning to use the amplification system in the Chapel you will need to hire the Sexton. If you are not a faith group sponsored by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life you will be charged for the use of the Chapel Sexton.
