SAW Center

Located on the main level of Dwight in the Mediated Educational Work Space (MEWS), the SAW Center is a place where students work together with skilled peer mentors to speak confidently, argue persuasively, and write with clarity.

The SAW Center has moved to the MEWS on the main level of Dwight Hall.

To schedule an appointment with a SAW mentor, please make an appointment online.You will be asked to register with a username (use your MHC email including and a password.

Mornings | Wednesday - Friday: 10am - 11am

We know appointments fill up quickly! During the times listed above, the SAW Center is open only for drop-ins. SAW Mentors will appear as unavailable in the online schedule during drop-in hours.

A SAW Mentor will meet with you for at least 30 minutes and often will be able to spend more time with you, depending on how many other students are waiting. Drop-in sessions start at the beginning and half past the hour.

SAW MENTORS ARE TRAINED TO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH: Essays, Lab Reports, Presentations and Speeches, Senior Theses, Reflection Responses, Personal Statements, Analytical Papers, and more!
