I study Critical Social Thought; my particular focus of study lies at the intersection of gender, psychopathology, and the construction / performance / production of normalcy. I discovered my love for peer mentoring when I was a writing center mentor in high school. Given this experience, I jumped at the opportunity to become a SAW mentor when it arose. In each SAW session, both the mentee and the mentor benefit from the opportunity to share knowledge; I'm as open to learning from you as you are to me! Peer mentoring is essential to the writing and revision process, and I'm so glad I am able to contribute to a program that so helps me as a writer, too.
