Federal Tax Forms and Verification Documents
Federal Tax returns or non-tax filer statements, and federal W2 forms are required from all current students and their parent(s). Federal tax returns or non-tax filer statements should be uploaded to IDOC, the College Board's imaging service. If your FAFSA is selected for verification by the Department of Education, additional forms such as the Verification Worksheet will be required and should also be uploaded to IDOC.

Do not email or FAX tax documents or documents containing social security numbers to our office. Documents should be uploaded to IDOC.
