Federal Tax Forms and Verification Documents
Tax returns and verification documents are not required from all students. If returns and/or Verification documents are required, submit them to IDOC after you are emailed a notification from the College Board. If we request additional documents such as W2 forms or a Verification Worksheet but you are not notified to send documents to IDOC, email forms directly to our office after redacting any social security numbers.
