We believe a college education is one of the most important investments a student will ever make. That is why providing financial aid to students who demonstrate financial need is a priority at Mount Holyoke College. While the College expects families to assume the primary responsibility for paying for their daughter's education to their maximum ability, we are committed to assisting students and their families manage the cost of a Mount Holyoke education.
Financial aid eligibility is based on the difference between the estimated student budget (tuition, room and board, fees, books and personal expenses, travel expenses) and the expected family contribution (FC).
Communication from Student Financial Services
Our primary way to communicate information to students is by email. Please be on the look out for important emails from us about: your aid applications status, financial aid eligibility and revisions, when your tuition bill is ready to view and more. We know that parents and others may be involved in the process and students are encouraged to make sure that important information and reminders are shared with parents or other individuals who need to know.

Students view their tuition account online and receive an eBill email monthly advising them to view their account. Students can allow others to receive the Ebill notification and to view the account by setting up authorized users.
