The FAFSA is used to determine eligibility for federal financial aid including grant and loan assistance. If you are applying for federal aid only you do not need to file the PROFILE (see below).

Federal Tax Forms

Federal tax returns are required if you are applying for institutional need based aid. Returns may be required if you are only applying for federal aid and we are required to verify information.

* The Noncustodial PROFILE is required from students whose biological or adoptive parents are not married to each other unless the parents are living together.In that case, parents should complete the PROFILE and include both parents' financial information.
**Supplemental Forms include: corporate tax returns, if applicable, and verification forms.

Note: The PROFILE and Noncustodial PROFILE (if applicable) must be filed if you are applying for institutional need based aid. You do not need to complete the PROFILE if you are applying for federal financial aid only. The FAFSA must be completed if you are applying for federal financial aid.
