Staff Council

The Mount Holyoke College Staff Council functions as the voice of the staff to the president and other College administrators by establishing avenues for addressing employee issues and concerns; advocating for an environment of respect, fairness, and security; and helping to build a sense of community by facilitating effective communication. The Staff Council will work to effect change and to achieve common goals by advising, consulting, and making recommendations to the College administration on matters affecting the staff.

Staff Council meets every second Tuesday of the month from 1:10 to 2:30 pm in Blanchard Campus Center during the academic year.

Please send the Staff Council your suggestions, comments, or concerns, so we can effectively represent you and the staff.
