My team is the information hub for the sales and marketing department of the company. We advise senior management on strategic priorities.
During the past year, I organized regular business steering meetings in ASEAN region and managed a turnaround program in Malaysia.
My scientific training helped me build the skills to synthesize information and conceptualize the core of the problem. This ability to abstract theories from specific observations is a very important one in forming strategic thinking.
