Health Services

The Mount Holyoke Health Services offers inpatient and outpatient medical and nursing services. Students come to Counseling Services for a wide range of needs and concerns. Counseling Services provides short-term individual therapy, referral for longer-term therapy, consultation, group therapy, and psychiatric evaluation and treatment to MHC students free of charge. More...

Campus Police

Campus Police—the first college or university department to be awarded accreditation by the Massachusetts Police Accreditation Committee, Inc.—provides police services for the community as well as many other security services such as lockouts, emergency medical treatment, and on-campus medical transportation. Mount Holyoke offers services on an individual basis to students with disabilities. The Office of Student Programs supports a variety of student organizations and presents a wide array of cultural, entertainment, and social events. Our professional staff is available for advising on event planning, new ideas, leadership skills, and general student organization dynamics. Ombudsperson

The Ombuds office at Mount Holyoke College officially opened in 1988 to ensure that every member of the MHC community receives fair and equitable treatment. The ombudsperson provides support and assistance to students, staff, and faculty. Our services are independent and confidential.
