Conferences & Multi-Day Events

Planning a conference, multiple venue, or multiple day event at Mount Holyoke has as much to do with having a great dream plan as it does with coordinating  that plan carefully with all other members of the community, because of the impact on college resources, staffing and scheduling.  Planners should email the Student Programs Event Coordinators to set up an appointment for a feasibility conversation as early as possible. Many conferences require three semesters of planning, and limited resources might dictate that certain events are not feasible to be hosted on our campus annually.
