American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA)
Founded in 1866 the ASPCA, headquartered in New York City, wants “to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.  This non-profit organization has the right to investigate, and make arrests based on findings, crimes against animals.  They celebrate ASPCA day every April 10th.
