Whether it has been five years or 50 years since you were last on campus, join us for a memorable weekend of reconnecting with classmates to celebrate all things Mount Holyoke. Reunion events include the Laurel Parade, Back-to-Class sessions, receptions, meals and more for alums and their families.

Reunion II: May 29-31

Classes of 1961, 1971, 1981, 1991, 1996, 2011, and 2021

Registration

Registration opens in early February and closes May 1, 2025. Registration will be fully closed from May 2 through May 11. Late registration opens May 12 and will be available through Reunion. During late registration, we will charge a $25 fee, and on-campus housing will not be available.

If you need to cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund minus a 3% processing fee provided that you notify us in writing by 11:59 pm EDT on May 1. After that, you will not receive a refund for any reason (including COVID-19) for cancellations or changes to your registration or on-campus housing arrangements.

We welcome alums from nonreunion classes. If you have a friend attending Reunion in their class year, we recommend that you register as their guest. Otherwise, please email the Reunion Team for assistance.

Payment must be made via credit card. We do not accept cash or checks.

Registration packages

We offer four registration packages that alums can register for. These packages do not include overnight accommodations, so those who wish to stay on campus should add accommodations when registering.

Extended Package

Meals: Friday lunch through Sunday breakfast

Saturday Package
Meals: Saturday breakfast through Saturday dinner

Cost

The cost of attending Reunion is based on the package you select and whether you use campus accommodations. When we created the Reunion packages, we considered alums’ varying budgets and schedules.

We strive to make Reunion affordable for all alums, and we recognize that registration fees and travel costs could be prohibitive for potential participants, so we do all we can to keep costs to a minimum. Many returning classes offer financial assistance to help make it feasible for as many classmates as possible to join the festivities.

Housing

On-campus housing in a residence hall is available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The cost is $50 per person per night. Please note that the Reunion packages do not include on-campus accommodations. If you wish to stay on campus you must add accommodations when registering.

All overnight guests must book a room. The only exception is for parents and guardians, who have the option of bringing sleeping bags or air mattresses for their children to use on the floor of the adults’ rooms. You will be charged an additional $50 per night for each bed you request for your children.

All beds in the residence halls are twin-size and come with a pillow, a blanket and sheets. We also provide towels and washcloths. Most of the available accommodations are double rooms (meaning each room has two twin-size beds). Only a limited number of single rooms are available, so there is no guarantee that you will get one.

If you register with one or more guests, you will all be housed together. If you register without a guest and do not select a classmate to share accommodations with you when you add housing, we may assign someone to share your room.

Alums who register for housing will receive their room assignments when they check in at Reunion. Please note that, in most cases, we are not able to house all alums from a returning class in the headquarters residence hall. In such situations, we will use overflow residence halls.

Residence halls do not have air conditioning.

To secure on-campus accommodation, you must register by 11:59 pm EDT on May 1, 2025. On-campus accommodations are not available during late registration.

Meals

Most Reunion meals will be served in the Dining Commons located in the Community Center. Check your class schedule (when it is posted) for details.

Accessibility

Please contact us to make inquiries about accessibility or to request accommodations. You can also request accommodations when you fill out the registration form. Please make such requests as soon as possible — and no later than three days before you arrive on campus — to give us time to implement them. In all situations, we will make good-faith efforts to provide accommodations up until the time of the event.

Please note that student workers, staff and Reunion volunteers are not personal-care attendants. If you anticipate the need for personal assistance during Reunion, please bring a care provider with you.

Checking out

Reunion attendees must check out by noon on the Sunday of Reunion.

Place keys and access card in the white envelope provided in
your wallet.
Drop off between 7 a.m. and noon on Sunday at the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center, the Dining Commons or Mary Woolley Hall.
If you have an afterhours departure, leave keys at the Public
Safety and Service office.
Please note a $15 fee applies to each unreturned room key
and/or access card.

Parking

Parking is free.

Parking for check-in
You may park temporarily next to Mary Woolley Hall on Chapin Road to check in. Please do not park on Route 116, as your vehicle will be ticketed.

Parking to unload your car
You may park temporarily in one of the spots adjacent to your headquarters residence hall.

Long-term parking
You may use one of the long-term parking lots listed below after you have unloaded your luggage from your car. Please call 413-538-2300 to arrange for a shuttle service to take you to your dorm.

The Equestrian Center
Gorse (across the street from Creighton Hall)
Ham-MacGregor (across the street from Ham Hall and MacGregor Hall)
Mandelles/1837 Hall (runs between 1837 Hall and Mandelle Hall North and South)
Mary Lyon (across from the main gate)
Morgan Street (the grass lot on the corner of Route 116 and Morgan Street) — R1 only
Observatory

Prohibited parking

You may not park in the Gaylord Library lot (which is located across the street from the College). Cars must be removed from the parade route (which will be clearly marked) by midnight on Friday. Cars that are not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense. Cars that impede access to residence halls in any way will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Central campus roads will be closed to through traffic (except for people with special-access needs). No parking will be allowed on Morgan Street, Park Street or Route 116.

On-Campus transportation

Shuttles will be available throughout the campus during Reunion weekends. Call 413-538-2300 to request a ride. To directly request an accessible vehicle, call 413-361-3311. Accessible shuttles are available for the following hours during Reunion:
