What clients may notice about my therapeutic style:

I strive to provide a welcoming, warm space in which clients feel safe showing up as their authentic selves, regardless of how they may identify or where they may be on a healing journey. I believe in the therapeutic power of personal narrative and interpersonal connection. As such, I hope to offer each client the support and alliance needed to process their experiences, define and work toward their own version of success, and deepen their relationships to others and themselves.

When I’m not at work...

I enjoy cuddling up at home with my two dogs and reading creative nonfiction or watching reality tv. I also love cooking and baking, and exploring local thrift stores.
