What clients may notice about my therapeutic style:

Warmth and comfortability are my grounding principles in my clinical practice. I aim to make clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a space where my clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I use a psychodynamic lens within my practice in order to understand how the past influences the present for my clients. My approach is both collaborative and flexible in order to meet my clients where they are at.

When I’m not at work...

I’m likely making some art while wrangling my two cats. I also enjoy reading, running, and being near any body of water.
