Adam Hilton talks Wisconsin election

This week, Wisconsin voters in masks and gloves waited in line for hours to cast ballots. Neither the state nor the federal supreme courts allowed for voting by mail, putting voters and election workers at risk.

“Wisconsin’s in-person vote, held in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, is unconscionable, and portends major problems for the November election should the pandemic recur in the fall,” said Adam Hilton, assistant professor of politics at Mount Holyoke College.
