On-Campus Visits

All on-campus events suspended

Based on recommendations from the CDC, the College has suspended all on-campus events until further notice.  We invite you to learn about our virtual visit options.

Come visit Mount Holyoke College—meet students, attend a class, sample our food, and get acquainted with our community while exploring our campus—which consistently wins awards for being one of the most beautiful. . . in any season!

Start your visit at the Office of Admission, where you can attend an information session before or after taking a campus tour with a student guide. We also encourage you to schedule an interview for the day of your visit so we can learn more about your interests and ambitions.

Sustainability Tour

As part of our commitment to carbon neutrality by 2037, Mount Holyoke is implementing sustainable initiatives across campus, from our residence halls to our dining halls. The Sustainability Tour departs from the Office of Admission and gives guests an in-depth look at campus with a focus on our existing - and upcoming - green initiatives. This specialized tour is led by a current student and offered most Fridays at noon; visitors can consult the schedule and register here.

Kendall Sports & Dance Complex Tour

Register for an in-depth tour of our state-of-the-art athletic, dance, and fitness facilities with a current student guide, offered Monday-Friday at 1 pm, lasting 30-40 minutes. Tours begin from the Office of Admission, Newhall Center.

Information Sessions, conducted by admission staff members, are opportunities to learn about our academic programs, career preparation, the student experience, and the admissions process. The sessions include time for discussion and questions. Reservations are not required but we do recommend that you sign up prior to your campus visit.

Lunch with a Current Student

We invite prospective students to have lunch in our new dining commons with a current student to enjoy informal conversation and learn more about the student perspective at Mount Holyoke. Lunch visits take place Monday–Friday, from noon – 1 pm, when classes are in session. You may sign up on our visit page.

Student Athlete Visits

We encourage all student-athletes to tour the Kendall Sports and Dance Complex and schedule a time to meet with a coach during your visit. You can also tour the Equestrian Center, just a short walk from the heart of Mount Holyoke’s campus. The facilities allow students to pursue dressage, jumping, hunter seat equitation, and cross-country training. The center’s visiting hours are Monday - Friday 10 am – 4 pm. The Equestrian Center encourages you to call 413-538-2272 or email prior to your visit.
