Akilah Noel Charlemagne ’00, is an influential human resources business partner and relationship builder with 23 years of experience working with technology, higher education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations. She helps companies deliver exceptional results in recruitment, talent development, employee engagement and client satisfaction. Akilah’s passion and purpose is to create remarkable experiences where professionals feel safe, energized and empowered to take risks and propel their careers. She serves as an HR business partner director with Cox Communications.
Akilah earned her BA in international relations with a minor in Spanish from Mount Holyoke College. She is the past president of SHRM-Atlanta and the co-founder of ATL HR CREW.
Akilah was born in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, grew up in New York City and has lived in Atlanta (off and on) since 2001.
