Courtney Jones Moore ’87 joined the Los Angeles Dodgers in February of 2021 as vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), a newly created position for the team, which is the second most valuable major league baseball franchise. Before joining the Dodgers, Moore built her career in DEI working in a broad range of industries, including engineering and law. Previously, she worked in the sports industry in several positions, including for the Chicago White Sox and the NFL Players Association. She is a member of the Mount Holyoke College Art Museum board of directors.
