Diane Jones Lowrey ’83, San Francisco, California, is a brand marketing and social impact leader with extensive experience guiding the operations of global brands and forging meaningful partnerships to accelerate growth and impact. Jones Lowrey is currently the president of the San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women, which ensures equal economic, social, political and educational opportunities for women and girls. She previously served as the head of inclusion and culture at Common Sense Media, and she has worked for Levi Strauss & Co., DDB Needham and Carol Williams Advertising.

Jones Lowrey’s volunteer service focuses on equity, education and the arts. She has served as a trustee of The International School of San Francisco and as a board member of the Alonzo King LINES Ballet. Jones Lowrey holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mount Holyoke College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
