Julie Lam is an experienced development professional currently serving as Leadership Giving Officer at Mount Holyoke College, where she manages a donor portfolio to secure major philanthropic support aligned with the College’s mission and strategic priorities.
Julie is passionate about building meaningful relationships, community, advancing access to education, and philanthropy.
Before joining Mount Holyoke College, Julie spent her career in mission-driven development roles in the nonprofit education sector. Recently she served as Senior Development Officer at The Posse Foundation and earlier as a Development & Events Coordinator at EdVestors Inc., where she built and managed donor relationships, secures philanthropic support from community partners, and advances fundraising strategies to support expanding access to education.
A proud Posse Foundation Alum, Julie holds a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Mathematics from Denison University.
