In addition to working as a Public Safety dispatcher, Mark Holubowich is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Operations Center. Holubowich works with college administrators and various local agencies to coordinate and plan emergency response protocols, along with managing emergency response information. Holubowich is certified in Public Safety Telecommunications through APCO International, and is also a certified instructor in Public Safety Telecommunications with APCO. Holubowich is also certified in CPR.
