Pujita Guha (she/her/hers) is an artist, curator and researcher. Her research hovers around environmental media, Indigenous studies and ecologies of south and southeast Asia. Her book project, Forested Media, looks at how, in the post-Cold War era (1990s to the present), indigenous communities in upland Asia claim sovereignty to forested lands through artistic, cultural and scientific media practices. At MHC, she will be offering course on food cultures, environmental media, media and futures among other courses in the future.
