Scott Cooley graduated MPTC, RIT in Agawam in 1994, and the State Police Academy with class #8 in 1999. He has also worked for Western New England College's Campus Police department and is a sworn Sheriff in Hampshire County. Cooley has completed the 80 hour Sergeant training course and a 40 hour course to be Certified Field Training Officer.
