Wendy Rua

Wendy identifies and secures funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies to support institutional initiatives and other College priorities. 

Joining Mount Holyoke College in 2017, Wendy was previously the TLI Program Coordinator (2017-2023). Wendy also served on Staff Council from 2019- 2023. 

Wendy is an MHC alum, with a B.A. in Psychology & Education. Her previous experience includes a diversity of experiences in social work and in the public school system. 

Wendy is currently an elected official for the Town of Agawam, serving as a School Committee member. Born and raised in Western MA, she is also busy raising three sons with her husband, Mario.

Recent Campus News

Mount Holyoke College has joined the Liman Summer Undergraduate Fellowship program. Students in this program serve as summer fellows, working with nonprofits and state and local government agencies throughout the United States.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts awarded the Pioneer Valley Literacy Consortium $199,284 for professional development. This is Mount Holyoke College’s second year in the consortium.
