Kelly R. Woods, M.Ed., GCDF, serves as the Associate Director of Integrated Advising and Pre-Law Advisor, as well as the Career Specialist for both the Law, Government & Policy and the Science, Engineering & Math Career Communities at Mount Holyoke College. As a student-centered professional with over 20 years of expertise in holistic student development and advising, Woods utilizes individual advising and high-impact programming to support diverse learners as they work to navigate their professional paths with clarity and confidence. Woods leverages creative outreach and streamlines complex logistics to engage students, alumni, faculty, and corporate partners with intention to achieve measurable outcomes. A long-standing member of both the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA) Woods has held leadership roles in the NCDA International Student Services Committee, and is an active member of its Higher Education Advisory Group.
