Workday is Mount Holyoke’s core system of record for human resources, payroll, student employment and finance management. Using Workday enables improved administrative processes to support the College's mission and goals.

Workday streamlines self-service processes for staff and faculty, like changing personal information, checking benefits and requesting time off. Completing tasks (such as submitting expenses, generating reports, hiring new employees and managing student workers) is much more simple and efficient. Workday is available on any device, anytime, and anywhere.
