My academic training at Mount Holyoke College, especially brought together my enthusiasm for the natural and social sciences to inform a deeper understanding of health.

After graduation, I sought to understand the elusive nature of HIV and engage in current strategies to search for a cure. This venture led me to an opportunity in an HIV/AIDS translational research laboratory under the direction of Dr. Jonathan Li of Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Working with experts on cutting-edge research in the field provided the perfect platform to explore my curiosity.

I currently work on ongoing projects aimed at quantifying the HIV- reservoir and identifying biomarkers and vaccines to help delay viral rebound.
