I spent my summer working as an intern at a psychiatric hospital in New Delhi, India. For my future plans I am considering a career in environmental psychology, so the internship allowed me a closer look at this field of clinical psychology.
My main interest during the internship was to investigate the influence of nature and environment on mental patients in psychiatric hospitals.
I left India with a better idea of what I want and what I don’t want to do in the future and with a strong desire to explore and learn more about India, about the world and about myself.
