Tiffany Espinosa has worked in higher education since 2001, in both public universities and private colleges. She builds the vision, strategy, resources and community to support emerging leaders in their personal and professional growth. Her favorite part of the work has always been supporting passionate people who are contributing to the vitality and success of their communities. She has spoken on topics ranging from innovation and creativity in business to cross-sector collaboration and building community. In her free time she has mentored youth, coached entrepreneurs, judged business plans, and co-hosted a civic hackathon. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Professional and Graduate Education at Mount Holyoke College.
