It all began with a study abroad experience in New Zealand and then I returned to that country for an internship studying addiction science.
When I decided to pursue a Spanish minor - and then major - I had no idea it would change my professional and personal goals.
Studying philosophy helped me to explore how I can work toward justice for all when the needs of a country are very complex.
